I took the route too at about 9 pm. Texas Flat Road does need an overlay though. It was a little bumpy. Since it is really more of a county road. Also the road engineers that let 607 end that way at I-59 should be fired. You have a 4 lane that abruptly ends into a 2 lane right before the interchange. You could have kept the 2nd lane as dedicated lane to Northbound I-59 traffic. I had to do a quick lane change when I noticed the left lane ending right before the bridge over I-59.
