Agreed it’s likely to never happen due to structure of the league.
It would need to get stars in their prime to move it out of retirement league status.
I don’t see that happening since they keep expanding.
Better academies and our best going to the EPL as early as possible will keep us soccer strong

The league can change its structure completely and they still wouldn't attract international stars in their prime.
The only way to become an "international star" is to compete and thrive in champions league.
