When does Mess give them the pink slip

So everyone is in agreement that the arse clowns must go. How quick does Mess Miles have to make the move to ensure that this mess does not affect recruiting?
I say in the press conference after the Arky game....Announce a new DC after the bowl game.

Him getting rid of the co-DCs may affect recruiting negatively. A lot of recruits like these guys. Les needs to get rid of a coach, demote these two, and then hire a DC.

They do? The current players dont and they'll tell you so.

I could really give a shite less if we recruit great and have horrible DC's. Look at the level of talent on the defensive side of the ball right now.... doesnt really say much...

What do they tell recruits? Look we have 4 and 5 stars all over the field yet they dont get the play call till 5 seconds left on the clock. They play out of opposition and get burned?

I would rather take a hit on recruiting for one year to have a new DC over the alternative any day.

How about Les getting the pink slip? From national champ (w/ saban's players) to this is unacceptable. He has had plenty of time to recruit "his guys" and we are terrible.

Mallory isnt a big recruiter. Peveto is.
Either way, we cannot demote both of them and then hire a DC. Some coach will have to be let go for us to hire a DC. We can only have 10 coaches on staff.

Besides, if we let them go it might affect recruiting this year. If we dont let them go it will have a huge affect on recruiting down the road.
