i start off this post by saying i have no intention of seeing movie but a preview i saw had me wondering. It is my understanding that its a movie about a girl and vampire falling in love right? But in this preview the vampire was standing in the sun. what is that about? does he drink blood? is just some cheap wanna be emo vampire?

Its the movie based off the book series. I heard it's actually pretty entertaining.

Wife made me see this tonight. It was actually decent. Much better than the typical dumb-teenage fare. Pretty beign, as well. My 7-year-old was able to sit through it (covered his eyes over the kissy parts, though).

They sparkle in the sunlight. Onions don't affect them. They eat humans, except they are trying other options. VERY solid movie. Went to see it with the girlfriend thinking it'd be a 2 hour shitfest. Enjoyed the whole thing. Kristen Stewart is hot.
