Really thought when he hit that 58 yd game winner in the season opener for the Browns he was gonna have a big year but he kinda struggled.

He's gonna get a full offseason and a new ST coordinator this year so hopefully he can put it together and be the beast we know he's capable of being. I'm glad the Browns haven't given up on him like the Vikings did with Daniel Carlson.

In an article in the Cleveland Plain Dealer sometime this past Spring, York said that he went into his first professional season thinking he had to break down everything he was doing and be very deliberate about thinking how to improve. But after a while, he realized he had to rely more on his instincts and trust himself instead of trying to think too deeply about his technique, etc. I think he's gonna have a much better season this year. And, yes, the Browns are gonna be real patient with him. They know how good he is and also how tough it can be to kick here in the late season when the winds come swirling off the lake.
