I agree with you. I’m not saying I agree with all of Rapinoe’s points. I just feel like some people solely care about this topic so they can shite on trans people.

“Some”? Sure. But I doubt the vast majority of people who are vocal about this issue fall into that group.
Supporters of the trans women in sports don’t actually care about trans women and just use this to shite on biological females.
