Isn’t this the truth. Once you turn 65 (or whatever age for you younger folks), everything changes. But getting the right monitoring in place for those high risk hereditary issues is definitely something you should do.
Prostate cancer is completely survivable but without regular screening, it can be missed and spread to other parts of your body.
Walk a couple miles a day, lay off the booze and cigarettes or other tobacco products and you’ll do just fine. Hell, even a little grass brownies are good for you in moderation.
