Played through tower mode with Liu Kang and Sub-Zero with Frost and Sonya as kameo characters. So far, I'd say the fatalities aren't as brutal as in MK11. Of course, we only see one per fighter at the moment so it could just be because these are the basic ones.

Ok I've now played with everyone.
Li Mei's fatality is awesome. The kameo throwback fatalities for Kano, Jax, and Sonya are pretty cool too.
