Your problem is you seem to think market value equals public reach when it comes to news and media.
There's a reason why the NYT and WaPo post tweets, not Instagram or fakebook posts.

I take it you aren't an investor. Wrong crowd. Disregard my posts. I assumed sane rationale would judge a social media app's value on its user engagement and advertiser revenue.
