So what presednce and law in place are these parents banking on this all being ok on?

Ten years ago this would have been crazy to think parents they are doing this, so what "right" in our society's history is this all based on? We have protected kids from negative sexual behavior's from adults and parents since forever.

This is straight loony evil.
