If it just stopped. As in nothing catastrophically happened to the AC components.. you are probably just low on charge. The pressure sensors will not let the compressor activate if it’s low.

Try going to an auto parts store and getting one of those recharge kits. You will probably get AC back. At worst you are out 30 bucks or so. But I’d gamble that 30-40 in this heat.

Thanks for the advice, friend. The A/C on this car has been functioning poorly for a bit, now. We recharged the system last summer. It ran well, but was blowing warm air again about a month later.

Would it be risky for the system to simply recharge it again and have A/C for a few weeks?
