So his ruling is full of lies. Got it. Literally 100% of true trans people have gender dysphoria.
ETA: On the plus side this will help lead to the COVID tyrant Andy Beshear losing in November. He is all in on parents chopping off their kids penises and breasts. All of these rulings will also end up in the Supreme Court - although I have very little faith in them making the correct, constitutional, opinion that these bans are fine.
