Alex Box:
agree with replacing bleachers with seats along 1st and 3d base lines. Add a student section and berm on the outfield.
Look at adding condos on 1st base line...this is something that would make a ton of money for baseball and football.
Tiger Stadium:
Get rid of rows 1 and 2 on the East and West sides...can't see squat from them.
Better cell coverage and lights
get rid of ARAMARK
bring back the kids selling soft drinks in the stands
PMAC:
tear down and replace
add features to make it easier to use as an emergency hospital and command and control facility (way to get more money for construction)
add parking garage on the north end of new PMAC
make a larger courtyard area between PMAC and Tiger Stadium
