Not sure where he injured it, but he planted it awkwardly in front of the catcher, avoided him, & then landed on home with the left foot and went down.

It never looked bad to me on replay, I’m not sure why the announcer made it sound so bad

Bang bang play nothing malicious about it and throw came up the line and he was making a play on the ball

the one that pissed me off was late in the game when crews came all the way around from first to score and the catcher never moved despite the ball going back in to second base

Looked like an awkward landing and you had a player writhing in pain to the point that he couldn't get up on his own.

Have you ever hit a plate square on like he did? That shite is stout! I was all full of myself strutting around the bases after a HR. Got to the plate, tried the old stomp to show them who the man was and broke my damn foot. Missed the rest of the season (my senior year)
