I don't see anything wrong with that Notes, it is true, he did say he was joking afterwards.
My personal belief is that he was doing the old "tell the truth and then say I was joking" bit to rub it in everyone's face.

Exactly. I understand the community notes, they actually are accurate, but I think Biden is starting to get pissed off and is rubbing it in our faces now with the dinner and now this "joke"
