Flying in tomorrow until Thursday. Any suggestions welcome. Heard there is a cave worth visiting. Going to be at Hilton two nights then The Crane. Thanks.

The Hilton is in a great location. I would say that Pebbles Beach is the best beach on the island, and that beach is bounded by the Hilton at its southern end and the Radisson to the north. I stayed in the Radisson in 2017 and really enjoyed that beach.
You will very much enjoy the breakfast sandwiches at Lefties, a shack on that beach just outside the Hilton. The bacon, egg and cheese is good, but you really need to get the fish, egg and cheese -- it's fantastic.
Harrison Cave is worth doing. It's not the most amazing cave in the world, but it's a good experience -- different in that you go through most of it on a tram, instead of walking.
The George Washington house is also worth your time, as much to walk in the tunnels and the British fortifications of the island as seeing the house itself.
I'd really encourage you to find some local festival or something and get to know some Bajan people. Eat some "pudding and souse." Barbados isn't one of those islands where you should spend all your time on the resort. It has a great culture and people.
