It's all about coaching...and who is the only guy they fired? Just the best Oline coach they ever had, and if you doubt, ask any of the players.

The Saints offensive line coach brought in the legendary NFL assistant Alex Gibbs, the so-called godfather of the zone blocking scheme, this offseason, and continues to have an open ear to his players.

“I don’t think I need to explain to see how good he’s been,” right tackle Zach Strief said. “He’s one of those coaches that’s able to coach and let us play. During the week, if there’s something in that we don’t like the that we’re doing it, he’s OK with us saying, hey, let’s try this.
