Mac's grocery store in West Monroe has free soft serve for their patrons located pretty much just inside the front doors. I've seen loads of people walk in and grab a cone and leave. Employees just smile and wave maybe even chat 'em up a bit. It's OK as they are locals and will be shopping there soon anyway.
Just sayin, could be a similar situation just looks different as it's a more densely populated area.
Either way, it's not my place to do anything including giving a single freakin care in the world.
