this is way easier that y'all are making it.

1. allow coonasses to capture as many Nutrias from Louisiana as they want to bring with them to Florida

2. allow them to capture as many Pythons in Florida as they want as long as they can prove they're using Louisiana Nutrias as bait.

3. allow them to sell the Python meat to crabbers, alligator hunters, etc. to use are their bait.

4. Get the Discovery channel to film it all for the next season of "Swamp People - Florida man vs Coonasses"
