The entirety of western culture is a false reality. This insane consumer economy that we have has only been around for about 75 years. Our institutions are a relic of the 19th century. We live in fantasy land. I strongly believe that loosening restrictions on psychedelic therapy in this country would go a long way in turning many of these negative indicators around. Psychedelics dissolve boundaries and allow creative, sane solutions to emerge. Humans have lost their connection with their true nature. Our decaying culture is a symptom of that.
