Hmmm

I'd say Penn State by a lot. They had to go to Columbus and play Iowa at Iowa. OSU had Michigan State and that's pretty much it on the road

PSU got Iowa/Indiana which tOSU didn't
tOSU got Minnesota/Northwestern which Penn St didn't. (I believe)

I would guess statistically tOSU has the harder schedule in conference since Minne/NW > Iowa/Indiana.

Oh, and its not tOSU's fault that Michigan blows arse this year. The conference has their top 3 in the top15 in the BCS rankings - the ACC/Big East/Pac10 can't say that. I would still say its the third place conference, but if that means it fell into obscurity then so be it. I don't understand the hardon SEC fans have about blasting the Big10.
