Correct, every arm is different, every scenario is different. I believe Movement patterns, training, recovery, sleep, present health, volume of throwing between starts are all more important to arm health than number of pitches thrown in a game.

Truth is nobody knows what the secret sauce is, but there is also no set it stone death penalty for a guy who throws a bunch of pitches in an outing
