I'm not even sure of the questions I have to ask.
Just started in April and the business is kicking butt, so I am trying to stay ahead of this irt tax prep and such.

I'm not an accountant but you need to make sure yours understands cost segregation reporting.

Short Term Rental, my home is being utilized via Air BNB and VRBO currently.
It was done as a test to see if there was a market and how successful it would be......Started in mid April. We have already hosted 12 sets of guest and have about 14 more reservations already at anywhere from $450-850 / night for 3 - 7 nights per reservation.
We have done a great job of keeping business and personal finances separate.
