I'm not even sure of the questions I have to ask.

Just started in April and the business is kicking butt, so I am trying to stay ahead of this irt tax prep and such.

Short Term Rental, my home is being utilized via Air BNB and VRBO currently.

It was done as a test to see if there was a market and how successful it would be......Started in mid April. We have already hosted 12 sets of guest and have about 14 more reservations already at anywhere from $450-850 / night for 3 - 7 nights per reservation.

We have done a great job of keeping business and personal finances separate.
