I’ve tried everything. It’s not really post nasal drip or runny nose. It’s deep in my sinuses, and outside of loss of taste and smell, I wouldn’t notice anything else.

Remember when using a Neti pot use the dirtiest water from a ditch or pond to stimulate your natural antibodies.
No just kidding…be careful with a Neti pot, it is how some people end up with brain eating amoebas. Always use sterile water or saline solutions when using a Neti pot.
