Yep. And prior SCOTUS decisions have ruled against such gerrymandering.

It’s a problem without a solution UNLESS you stop dividing people by race.

That’s the final and obvious choice that must be made. But we’re going in the wrong direction, currently.

As usual, Thomas is on point in his dissent.

Either Section 2 of the VRA doesn't require this, or if it does, it's unconstitutional.

But, why let that get in the way?

fricking Roberts and Kavanaugh.
