They acted like her being aggressively sexual somehow proved she was older. My wife and I considered fostering about 5 years ago, and they spent a LOT of time explaining that almost all of the kids in foster care have been sexually abused at some point. This leads to the kids being hyper sexual with others.

Facts.

I grew up around kids that either came from rough, disconnected homes or were possibly being abused, and the little girls were ALWAYS hyper sexual. I didn't know this then, but looking back I think it's pretty obvious what was going on.
