I watched a video not long ago of a healthcare administrator from Vanderbilt hospital, speaking at some forum to a room of doctors and healthcare professionals, about the lucrative profitability of gender reassignment surgery and the subsequent follow up care. You would've thought they were talking about lawn mower parts and service. These people are sick and evil.
