She has particular type of dwarfism that is very rare. They do discuss that part.
But I don’t honestly know the answer to your question. I have always assumed all drawfs are midgets, but not all midgets are dwarfs.

Dwarf describes a small person who has disproportionate body parts; on the other hand, Midget refers to a person who is extremely small but has proportionate body parts.
