Imagine Texas is engulfed in a war with Mexico. Would you expect New Yorkers to be hunkered down for a year? I don’t understand this narrative.

I agree we don’t need to be sending them money, but this is a bit stupid of a “gotcha”

I think it’s more about our culcha than the funding for the war.

We cannot have a McDonalds like that in the best of times here now. Especially in blue cities.

The fighting and front lines are like 500 miles from Kiev. Ukraine is a huge country although with missile technology Kiev is still in range.

So, no bombs have been dropped in Kiev? There’s no threat of Russia launching an attack on Kiev?
