Help getting from Puerto Rico to BVI

My parents just flew into Puerto Rico but their flight was cancelled to Tortola. They are having trouble finding another flight there bc they seem to all be getting cancelled. Any ideas?

I believe there used to be a ferry, but I am not sure if it is still operational. Worst case, spend the time in PR and don't let this ruin their trip.
I am sure there are some air taxis that probably make this run as well. A quick google search shoes Taxi Aereo does this run. They did not list a price.

Fly to St Thomas and from there they can ferry to Tortola.
