There have been entirely too many reports of this happening for it to be a non-issue.
The most recent example, with video to-boot, occured in a police station last week.

Pistol has been verified to be a P320 in a Safariland holster designed for the P320.
The department has issued a statement claiming they are replacing all issued Sig Pistols with Glocks after this event.

There might be a reason for that and nothing to do with the pistols.

This is beginning to look like the same bogus claims like were made against Remington again. Basically a bunch of people having ND's and want to blame the gun to save face.
