His strike zone is unrealistically tight

It’s because it’s Skenes. He wants him to know he’s not getting anything easy, as the best pitcher in college baseball.

He called both breaking balls strikes, one was above the head and caught at the letters, one was at the belt and caught on the ground

Cb caught at letters must of crossed the plate at Dugas' shoulders, and this umpire called a strike.
