Hogan brought a popularity to professional wrestling that had never 3xisted before.
McMahon, as much as I dislike him, had the right strategy to market kids snd families snd and make wrestling into the modern version of the circus instead of appealing to white trash 37-60 yr olds in smoky, dingy arenas, but he needed a Hogan type to launch it.
Without Hogan, none of it works. He was the entire Lynch pin that shot the wrestling into the absolute mainstream.
