HB 464 proposes an increase in the penalty for concealed carry of a firearm by a felon.
What other "rights" does a felon lose? If not, then why is the 2A treated differently?
Why should a released felon, who has served their time, be unable to protect family and self or hunt for food to feed family or self?

Are you seriously white knighting for violent convicted felons rights to carry a firearm? frick, they’ve already demonstrated that they are willing to use a gun in the commission of a crime and cannot be trusted to responsibly carry a gun.
I have zero problem with non-felon black men carrying concealed firearms. frick, I encourage it.
