re: Restaurants are adding service fees up to 22%, and they don't plan on stopping soon

Been seeing higher prices, smaller portions and some mandatory min. tips at some places lately.

Also it seems like less people are eating out.

With expenses and operating cost up, it doesn`t look too good for the restaurant business.
