I think we are going to see a big purge of the staff. Plenty of better options would kill to be at lsu and I think we’ll see that

I know there is more parity in college baseball than 30 years ago, but for a baseball school we are struggling to get to Omaha or even winning an SEC Championship.

We are top five in the country and squarely in the hunt to win the sec with a weekend to go. “Struggling” is a bit of a stretch

Will not be in top 5 tomorrow. In the hunt and winning are two different concepts. I have no faith LSU will take 2/3 next weeks at AT Georgia while Arkansas has a 1.5 game lead over us.

That’s absurd to suggest lsu is struggling to contend for a conference title when it’s squarely in the race with a week to go. Our positioning is literally a textbook example of contending

Hopefully Coleman can keep working his way up closer to 80 pitches by the time the regional starts. Floyd has 3 quality starts on the season so maybe they can get to a point where they limit the pen to Money, Guidry, Herring, Cooper, & Ack and only use the others out of necessity when those arms are spent.

He knows the teams not playing very good right now. He also knows that the bullpen is going to give up runs. There are no other options at this point, and everyone in the world knows this.

Totally. He might go from taking another school to the national title and putting lsu in the top 5 in less than two years to being a travel ball coach.
