re: Mounjaro may end obesity and alcoholism

I thought about trying it as well. I'm type II, but my A1C is down to 5.6. My Dr talked me into trying a low dose of adipex (15mg) to see if that helped jump start my weight loss. I'm 3 weeks in and down 15lbs. I don't snack anymore at all. Basically eating protein and veggies with occasional piece of fruit.

Now is time to actually meal plan and start focusing on strength training. About to get more hormone testing done. Had total t tested and was about 370. I need to get my free tested as well.
