I lift weights 3-5 days a week and stick to a low carb diet. I think my body just doesn’t react like everyone else’s to these medications. I’ve tried trulicity, ozempics and now monjaro and none seem to curb my appetite like it’s doing for everyone else.

you are going to have to have some self control and you have to work up to highest dose to really get full effects

but if you are on a low carb diet...are you in a caloric deficiet? no offense but being in a low carb diet doesnt mean shite if you are eating 5k calories a day

also you say you lift...are you following a plan? what is your step count?

what are your stats and what are your goals? current calories and macros?

let us help you some along the way especially until the mounjaro really kicks in.
