That comes from fatty food or junk. Getting into the garbage, being fed fatty meat, skin, and maybe even the dark meat in volume. Knew someone who fixed her Pyrenees a steak and it got acute pancreatitis and died. Don’t give a dog a ribeye! My shepherd always got a lean small steak on her bday, no issues there.
