Not surprised. It's one of the most idiotically woke corporations out there. I recall a few years ago when they had an advertising campaign about how their jeans last a long time so people will buy less of them and save the planet from resource consumption.

Advertising the idea of people buying less of your product -- think about that one.

Its brilliant...folks concerned about such things and cheap bastards will buy such things...its always been a selling point that X product outlasts Y. If there is any truth in it is beside the point...just claim it for any reason and if the product don't fail in an unexpected short period of time on the regular folks will begin to beleive that product x does indeed last longer than product y....


Wrangler fits anyone who ain't built like a 8 year old boy better than any Levis ever...and are about half the price. The lone exception were the white patch womens levis...under the right circumstances those things fit just about perfectly...not many women had the right circumstances but those that did...good googley whoo...
