Yes.
The first month is 0.25mg= 0.125mL. So 4 weeks of that dose equals 0.5mL.
The second month is 0.5mg=0.25mL. 4 weeks at that dose is 1 mL.
The first two months equal 1.5mL. So you technically can go for another month at the second dose in the original vial.

So PS sells the 3mg for 120. Looks like to get to the maintenance dose, it will take 5 months and be a total of 23.4mg of semaglutide. That would be 8 vials totaling $960. I guess that's not horrible at $192 a month. It gets bad after that though and almost normal Wegovy prices.
