A Little Poem for this week

The Ole Miss Rebels came to play,
On a cold and brisk November Day.
It was the year of our Lord 2008
And the Rebels would soon receive their fate.
They came to Death Valley, lead by a man named Nutt
They were sky high and had a winning feeling in their gut.
To many it was a surprise the Rebels were doing so well,
But soon they realized THE TIGERS were about to give them hell.
From the South Endzone the Rebs ran onto the field
The band played Dixie, their nerves began to build
When at the same moment a voice came from out of the blue,
“It’s Saturday Night in Death Valley, and here comes your Fightin’ Tigers of LSU!”
Then the Golden Band from Tigerland
Belted out those four poetic notes,
Dunn-Dunn-Duhhhhn-Duh
It was over for the Rebels there went their hopes
The Rebs kicked off to Trindon
Because he’s such a small guy,
They should have remembered from last year,
That little man can fly.
They shouldn’t have tested him,
Because he was due
In a blink of an eye
It was a touchdown for L-S-U!
As the game went on
It was much of the same
Touchdown after touchdown
This was a great game.
When the clock ran out
You could hear the fans shout
“Geaux to Hell Ole Miss, Geaux to Hell”

Awesome! Although it won't actually be Saturday night in Death Valley until the fourth quarter.
