Wait, is this the same guy that sues everyone for not spending more on ad money with his company?
I remember a story almost exactly like this a few years ago that involved NOLA, iirc?
ETA: Looks like it was Charter Communications, and they settled back in 2021. In 2022 the mcdonalds thing started. This guys business model is based around racial grifting.
Apparently he was also submitting a bid to buy the Washington Commanders.

Good lord I hope the nfl doesn’t accept his bid and he sues the nfl for racism and they both waste billions litigating with each other.
