You don't have a friend that would loan you his 5 gallon? I don't see why you'd have an issue using yours though. But I have several friends with various size pots. I recently borrowed a 40 gallon to do a jambo for a wedding reception.

I am in Nashville, this is the only size we have for the office. I want to get a smaller one for times like this, but unfortunately this is all I have for this week.
