I support it under one condition..
Nobody will be allowed to leave the state of Colorado. They must see this through on their own.

State by state doesn’t work. Probably 70-80% of the the non federally owned land in Colorado is lived on by conservative people. It’s just Denver/Boulder that screws it up so badly.
