100% for it. Their parents or themselves personally left the west coast to avoid leftist policies, only to vote and advocate for it where they landed.
They have to learn there is a penalty for their voting stupidity. This penalty would be a tax. Pay the stupid tax.
Oh and don’t stop at businesses… ratchet up that personal property tax too.

They dont learn, they say they just need to try again.
Had this conversation with someone whom no longer speaks to me many years ago. Asked for a single example where socialism worked. No need bro, it’ll work here in the US bro. Trust me bro. Any time its ever failed was actually due to capitalist interference i’m told
