Auburn has a lot in sororities, but they don’t have any real power. Everybody gets along pretty well when I was there. Plus, the sororities were in dorms, so it was more natural to go ahead and join one.

Fair enough, will be interesting to see how much that is pushed vs normal crazy girl narratives vs whatever racial commentary is inevitably included as well. Some shift in open public opinion on all this trans stuff in the time since this was filmed (see: Bud Light)

No clue on the legitimacy of that person but
Bama rush became this weird social media phenomenon a few years before this was filmed which is what I’m assuming turned HBO onto it. Girls posting their “journey” through the process was blowing up so it’s not surprising some trans jumped on the attention train.
