Drug dealers are executed daily in the US & probably more than the rest of the world that you seem to admire( China, Saudi Arabia, N Korea etc...) with their draconian punishments. These places have no 4th amendment & few protections against personal searches that makes it easier to suppress any illegal activity.

In Brazil & Mexico, in particular, there are hundreds or thousands of videos online of public executions of drug dealers( beheadings, dismemberment, public displays of corpses), but there is no shortage of dealers taking their places. To protect your precious addicts the most effective way is to roll back the 4th amendment which is a horrible thought.
