Even if these people did what was said in the article, nothing illegally was done. They may be trashy people and jackasses, but it doesn't appear anyone broke the law.

I’m not arguing otherwise. People are free to be horrible and disgusting humans. But almost every post in this thread has said that it didn’t happen. I’d definitely argue otherwise given the statement that was put out by corporate. I couldn’t care less about the tik tok video. Corporate has acknowledged that something happened and that matters. Security camera footage and audio will either confirm or dismiss the claims being made. The guy is considering a lawsuit and yes he even got a go fund me that has raised $1,000 so far. He’s looking to monetize the incident (there’s a shocker).
