I’ve never understood why people want all large crawfish. I don’t want small ones, give me straight runs with all sizes mixed in every day of the week.
Crawfish grow un-exponentially. Their heads grow faster than their tails so as they get larger, your meat yield decreases. That means you’re paying for more shell than tail.
“Select” crawfish is the biggest swindle on the Louisiana man since Aids needles in your arm at Mardi Gras. “Select”, lmao. Whoever thought of calling large crawfish select and upcharging them is a freakin genius yet needs to be shot.
